Maybe it’ll be a weekly thing, every Saturday. So, woo hoo. My mom has no idea where she was going to let me drive, but I’ll find out tomorrow, obviously. I’ll get the hang of it soon enough, especially the whole driving faster than 26 miles per hour thing. Yeah, I did not much likey the speed, even around in the parking lot and the straight road, let alone the curvey one. I hated that because there weren’t any lines on the damn thing. Put lines on roads people!

Okay, well, besides that, my mom wanted to drop by the library and get a new card tomorrow too, so I’ll get one as well. Don’t really know what the hell I’ll be needing for the damn thing, but my permit and SS# should be good enough, and, you know, my mother right there. (And I have my birth certificate to prove that one too.!)

Went to the job place today. MPS. Filled out a bunch of paperwork, got a perfect score on their little test thingy to make sure I wasn’t as dumb as a brick, and was then interviewed by the secretary. Go me. Yeah, my lack of job exprience is my downfall, but she did say I was qualified for industrial cleaning. Woo. Gah. Yeah. When I said ‘cleaning,’ I meant something were I wouldn’t have to use a damn machine that I can’t handle and/or move without help, but I do understand that industrial cleaning is just a general, overall term for cleaning in an industry setting. Still, the thought does not settle well.
Well, I got up at before ten and got that over with by eleven. I never could figure out why Joey throws such a fuss when I wake him up, but I totally understood why this morning. I never thought I could sound so annoyed and grumpy all with one gutteral noise, but I found out that I can! I learned something today. Go me.
Even if they call me with a job that I don’t want, I can just tell them ‘no’ and they’ll leave me alone with it, so I’m okay. And, I have to remember that if I do manage to get a job on my own that I notify them so they won’t bother calling me for work that I already have. I’m just hoping that something that I’ve sent off will come back with even a reply for an interview, but I’m not getting my hopes up. I’m not qualified for much since I’ve been out of school for two years without a job, but things come up and happen and prevent people from starting their lives right away. Sure, I’m a little slow on getting this whole thing started, but I’ll get it rolling someday soon.

So, Joey’s getting better, so we should be able to watch movies soon. Maybe by Sunday night, since they have to be back on Monday. Speaking of, I need to remember to return the two movies that are due tomorrow, well, today. I know what I’m talking about.

I’ll probably just zone out for a little bit and play video games for a while. I was playing Zoo Tycoon yesterday and I was actually in the green for a little bit! I can never manage to do that, well, not without cheating. So, I’ll just leave AFHV on in the background and play either Zoo Tycoon, Guild Wars, or Adventure Quest.
