Well, My Phone Sucks.
(This is an old post, just found. The links are missing and the post may not be in it’s original wording–parts may be missing.)
It has now been over a week since they were supposed to email me about the problem that they (and I) have been encountering on the Sprint website. Actually, it was a week yesterday. I called last Friday, only to get the representative that was super nice and having the same problem as me. She informed the IT and they told me to clear my cookies and wait for an email about my username and password. Also, don’t even go to the site for two hours. Well, by the time those two hours were up, it was the weekend and J. said they may have just waited to email me/fix the problem till Monday. So, I waited.
This site is works best when viewed with Firefox.
