Yay! We went out last weekend too, but we didn’t get much. For some reason, no one wants to sell quilts for decent prices around here. God, I can find them cheaper at antique stores. Actually, I’ve been looking for retro furniture, but the only kinds I’m finding are wicker chairs with huge pillows–which I want, but I need to find them with metal frames instead of wicker ones.

I didn’t get much for my birthday, but we did go out and eat and run around in a small historic town nearby. It was a wonderful day out, besides it being a bit too hot for me to walk around, so we just wondered around the town for most of the afternoon. My face almost got sunburned!

Ah, as you’ve probably noticed by now, I managed to find a different theme–finally. It still has some work to be done, but I’m rather tired and can’t quite figure out what else I want to do with it for the time being.

Well, as much as I didn’t want to, I think I’m going to take a nap or something. I just have not been able to sleep because of the heat and the thunderstorms recently. That and I just can not get comfy for anything. ..Not to mention my mom’s cat, Kit’n, kept trying to sleep on me yesterday.!
