Hello all. I have been thinking about this one for a little while now, and I’m hoping the first day of it (starting next week on June 24th) will go off without a hitch.
I’m going to start “Tails Tuesday.” Now, let me explain a little bit about it.
First, Tails Tuesday is for animal lovers. It doesn’t matter what kind of animal it is, tail or no tail, or if it’s even yours. It’s specifically for showing off everyone’s beautiful photos of the creatures around them.
Everyone that leaves a link here for Tails Tuesday must be participating. The point is to post a photograph, but that doesn’t mean you can’t include a story as well. (You can even do a little “in memory” post about beloved pets from the past–it doesn’t have to be up-to-date.)
But, most importantly, I want everyone who visits to enjoy themselves. Even if you don’t have a photo to share, you can always look around at what everyone else has to offer that week.
I will be hosting Tails Tuesday on this site. It will also be copied over every week to TailsTuesday.Wordpress.com, so you don’t have to post twice.
Tails Tuesday is, currently, only for Tuesdays. You can do this the rest of the week, but I’ll only be hosting it on Tuesdays.
If anyone has any questions about Tails Tuesday, please let me know.
Also, here is the image for the first Tails Tuesday. (I would love it if people made better banner/buttons for it, seeing as I just threw this one together in order to have it done for this post!)
Just use this image to redirect back here, so you can let others know about Tails Tuesday!
P.S. - If all goes well in the first couple of months of this meme, then I will be adding a blogroll for all of the participants!
